phtaya Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to register for and use phtaya. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that you are legally permitted to participate in online betting and gaming entertainment in your jurisdiction within the Philippines.
• phtaya is intended solely for personal, non-commercial use. You may not register on behalf of another person or create multiple accounts for the same individual.
• We reserve the right to request age verification documents at any time. Accounts that cannot be verified may be suspended or permanently closed without prior notice.
• Residents in jurisdictions where online sports betting or gaming is explicitly prohibited by local law are not eligible to use the platform, regardless of how they access it.

2. Account Registration and Security

• Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on phtaya. Duplicate accounts may be suspended, and any associated balances may be forfeited pending review.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. phtaya will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your password secure.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate and current. Providing false details — including name, date of birth, or contact information — is a breach of these Terms and may result in account termination.
• If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify phtaya immediately through the contact details provided on this platform.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

• All transactions on phtaya are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Deposits must be made through the payment methods currently supported by the platform, which include local Philippine digital wallets and mobile banking channels.
• phtaya does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. All deposits must originate froma payment method registered in your own name. Withdrawals will be processed back to the same payment source used for the original deposit, subject to verification checks.
• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your account dashboard. phtaya reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time with reasonable notice to users.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes stated in the platform's payment guidelines. Delays caused by third-party payment providers, public holidays, or ongoing account verification are outside phtaya's direct control.
• Any fees charged by your bank or e-wallet provider in connection with deposits or withdrawals are your responsibility and are not covered or reimbursed by phtaya.

4. Betting and Gaming Rules

• All bets placed on phtaya are final once confirmed. You are responsible for reviewing your selections carefully before submission. Errors made by the user at the point of placing a bet cannot be reversed after confirmation.
• phtaya reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence of technical error, data feed failure, or circumstances that would materially affect the integrity of the market. In such cases, stakes will be returned to the user's account balance.
• Odds displayed on the platform are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds shown at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to that specific wager.
• Lottery entries are governed by the draw rules displayed within the Lottery section of the platform. Entry cut-off times are strictly enforced and entries received after a draw closes will not be accepted under any circumstances.
• Casino-style game results are determined by certified random number generation processes. Outcomes are independent of previous results and cannot be predicted, influenced, or manipulated by any user or platform action.

5. Prohibited Activities

• You must not use phtaya for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or any activity that violates Philippine law or applicable international regulations.
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities, manipulate game outcomes, or engage in collusion with other users is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances pending investigation.
• The use of automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for standard human users is forbidden. Accounts found to be using such tools will be permanently closed.
• You may not attempt to access another user's account, intercept platform data, or engage in any activity that compromises the security or availability of phtaya's systems and services.
• Posting, sharing, or distributing offensive, defamatory, or harmful content through any community or communication feature on the platform is a breach of these Terms and may be reported to relevant authorities.

6. Responsible Gaming

• phtaya is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all Filipino users. We encourage you to set personal spending limits, take breaks, and treat gaming as entertainment rather than a source of income.
